The death has occurred of
Phil Ward
The peaceful death has taken place of Phil Ward, Manchester, native of Arranmore Island. predeceased by siblings Nan, John, Nellie, Mona, Packie and James. Sadly missed by his brothers Michael, Frank, Joe, sisters in law and a wide family circle of nephews, nieces, especially Monica who cared for him so well in Manchester, and friends.
His remains will arrive from Manchester on Saturday evening and will repose briefly at McGlynns Funeral Home, Dungloe, Co. Donegal with visitation from 5 until 7pm before travelling onwards to Arranmore.
Wake at the family home Leabgarrow from 2pm Sunday with Rosary at 8pm both nights. Removal on Monday morning, 9th of February for 11.00am Mass in Crones Church, Arranmore followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only; donations if desired to Arranmore Lifeboat. Mass can be viewed on https://youtube.com Saint Crone's Church, Arranmore Island.
