Phila Egan
(née Drummey)
Egan (nee Drummey) Phila (late of Knockateemore, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford and Howth, Co. Dublin, passed away in the truly exceptional care of all at Cairn Hill Nursing Home, Bray on 9 July 2021. Adored mother of Grace and Dan and the late Marianne and beloved wife of the late Dan, loved and cherished elder sister of Michael, the late Margaret (Clery) and late Fr. Roy Drummey. A treasured auntie to all her nieces and nephews, and their families, her much loved sisters-in-law Anne Drummey and Geraldine Egan, and brothers-in-law Dermott Clery and Barry, John and Robin Egan and many friends and admirers. A dynamic, beautiful and guiding light in the lives of all those she touched with compassion, humour, love and joy. A true force of nature.
In accordance with the current recommendations Phila's Funeral will take place privately. For those who would have liked to attend but due to the current situation cannot, please leave a message on the online condolence link below. Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
