Philip Cahill

CAHILL, Philip (Palmerstown, Dublin and formerly of Leith, Tralee, Co. Kerry). Passed away peacefully on October 24th 2025, surrounded by his loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at the Hermitage Clinic. Beloved husband of Patricia, dear father of Philip, Angela, Sean and Deirdre, and cherished grandad of Roisín, Niamh, Abaigh, Evan, Éamonn, Aisling, Rónan, and the late baby Sadhbh. Lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife and children, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Geraldine and Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, extended family, friends, and neighbours.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Tuesday evening (October 28th) between 6pm and 8pm.

Removal on Wednesday morning (October 29th) to St. Philomena’s Church, Palmerstown arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.
