The death has occurred of
Philip Chatham
Chatham Philip (26th January 2021) (Clondalkin and late of Ringsend) peacefully in the kind care of the staff of St. James’ Hospital ; beloved husband of the late Madeline, much loved father of Joe, Ann, Mary, Philip Sinead and Catherine; sadly missed by his loving children, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren Saoirse, Conor, Rachel, Ciara, Tiernan and baby Ciara, sisters Mary, Carmel and Bernie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Philip rest in peace
In line with Government/HSE advice and to ensure the safety of all Philip’s family and friends, a small private funeral will take place. His family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew Philip’s would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in his memory.
