Philip Duffy

The death occurred of Philip Duffy, Corconnolly, Scotshouse, Clones, Co. Monaghan, (H23 Y303),Thursday 14th December 2023, peacefully in the excellent care of the staff of Oakview Nursing Home, Belturbet, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Bernard and Mary and his brothers John and PJ.

Beloved husband of Maureen (formerly Brady, Killeevan) and adored father of Sheena (John Darcy), Grainne, Nicola (Philip Morrison) and Brian (Avril). Philip will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, daughters, son and their partners, much loved grandchildren, Kian, Shane, Aaron, Caoimhe, Niamh, Elle, Caelan and Rhea, his twin sister Eileen (Moran, Sligo) and brother Eamon (Ture), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, many friends and by all who knew and loved Philip.

Philip will be resting at the family home, Corconnolly, Scotshouse, Clones, Co. Monaghan (H23 Y303) on Saturday 16th from 4pm to 8pm. Family time at all other times and on Sunday morning, please.

Philip's funeral cortège will leave the family home on Sunday morning at 10am to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Scotshouse, for 10.30am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Please note there will be a shuttle bus will be in operation, wake times only Parking at Clones Golf Club car park (H23 AY83)
