Philip Fahy, Lavareen, Ennistymon, Co Clare, and formally of Cahernagarry, Kilrickle, Co Galway.

Peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents, Ellen and Patrick , Sister Teresa and Brother Frank.

Deeply missed by his heartbroken family. His wife Patricia, Sons Philip, Aidan, Caoimhin, Noel, Padraig and Liam. Daughters Roisin, Siobhan, Ciara, Gabrielle, Grainne and Mairead, his 22 grandchildren. Brothers Brendan and Tony, sister Mary, sons in-law, daughters in-law, relatives, and friends.

Reposing at Our Lady & St Michael's Church Ennistymon on Wednesday 2nd July from 5pm until 7:30pm. Funeral mass will take place at Our Lady & St Michael's Church Ennistymon on Thursday 3rd July at 12 o'clock followed by burial afterwards in New Cemetery, Ennistymon.
