Phil passed away peacefully in the kind and gentle care of the staff of Bantry Hospital and in the company of loved ones.
Phil is sadly missed and much loved by his sister Lesley, his children; Dominic, Marie, Claire, Eliane and Caoimhe, his grandchildren; Alice, Sylvie, William, Soli, Frankie, Louis, Eloise, Milo, Celie and Théo, his ex-partner Anne N., his nephews; Daniel and Mathew, daughter-in-law Rose, sons-in-law Mark and Gordon, his extended family, his neighbours and wide circle of friends.

The family would like to express their huge and heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Bantry Hospital and all who cared so carefully and respectfully for him during his illness.
Reposing at Coakley's Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Bantry on Sunday May 18th, from 5pm to 6pm. A celebration of Phil’s life will be held on Monday May 19th, at 11am in the funeral home followed by burial in Glengarriff Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to The Friends of Bantry General Hospital or Cork Arc Cancer Support, Bantry. (Donation envelopes will be available at the funeral home)
