Philip O'Reilly

Philip O'Reilly, Bachelor of Architecture, The Grange, Stillorgan, Co Dublin and formerly the Imperial Hotel, Main St, Cavan Town, Friday December 12th 2025, peacefully in the loving care of the wonderful staff at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray, Co.Wicklow.

Predeceased by his parents Philip and Anne O'Reilly, sister Christina O'Malley, brother Oliver and brothers in law Pat O'Malley and John Walsh.

Philip was dearly loved and will be very sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Marita and their son's David (Anna) and Brian, his 2 adored grandsons Russell and Frank, his sisters Marie Walsh and Breda Elliott, brothers in law Jim Elliott and Liam Dowdall (Ber), sister in law Maeve, nephews, nieces, his godson Philip O'Malley, all his extended family and many friends. May he rest in peace.

Reposing at the home of his sister Breda and brother in law Jim Elliott, "Rockwell House", Drumelis, Cavan on Monday evening from 5pm until 8pm. House private to family at all other times. Removal on Tuesday morning at 11am to the Cathedral Of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan, arriving for a Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Following Mass the cortege will travel via Main St to St.Brigid's Cemetery, Killygarry for committal prayers and burial in the family plot.
