Philip (Phil) Maguire

The death has occurred of Philip (Phil) Maguire, aged 92 years, Dillonstown, Dunleer, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in Caisleán, Saint Peter’s Nursing Home, Castlebellingham. Phil, beloved son of the late John and Catherine (née Matthews). Predeceased by his brothers Bernie, Tommy, Paddy and John, sisters Kitty (Markey), Moya (Keenan), Roseanne (Carron), Maggie (Potter), Lily (Byrne), Agnes (Byrne) and Patricia (McKenna) and his sister-in-law Nuala (née Lynch). Deeply regretted by his brother-in-law Fergus McKenna, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, great-grandnephews, great-grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Phil Rest in Peace

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer (Eircode A92 V38H) on Saturday from 5pm until 8pm. Removal Sunday afternoon at 1.30pm to Saint Finian’s Church, Dillonstown, arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in Clonmore Cemetery.
