Died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after a short illness. Predeceased by his father Philip and mother Hannah and brother Ned. Phil will be sadly missed by Peggy and his children Cathal O'Sullivan (Dublin), Siobhan O'Sullivan (Wicklow), Una Tangney (Scartaglen, Kerry), Neil O'Sullivan (Wicklow) and Aine O'Sullivan (Dublin), sister Nora Mai O'Connell (Scartaglen), brother Jack O'Sullivan (Castleisland), sons-in-law Joe, Brian and Willie, daughter-in-law Linda, grandchildren Paul, Rachel, Eoghan, Laura, Niamh, Ciara, Aaron, Sean, Ryan and Ian, great-grandchildren Caoimhe and Sophie, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Phil will be reposing at McCrea's Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) Friday evening from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.

Removal Saturday morning from Phil's home St. Patrick's Road at 10.45am to St. Patrick's Church, Wicklow Town, arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass, for those unable to attend the Funeral Mass can be viewed by clicking on Philips Funeral Mass followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery.
