The death has occurred of
Philip (Philly) Cunningham
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Philip (Philly) Cunningham who passed away unexpectedly on February 8th 2026. Predeceased by his parents Tommy and Joan, brothers Francis and Anthony and his nephew Paul.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Patricia, son Philip, daughter Helen, daughter in law Emma, grandchildren Lauren, Aidan, Sheku and Isabella, sister Breda (Harpur), brother David, brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and his countless friends both in England and Ireland.
Removal to Our Lady Immaculate Church,122 New London Road, Chelmsford on Thursday 19th March. Funeral Mass on Friday 20th at 1pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
A mass in Philips memory will also take place at St Mary’s Church Cahir on Saturday March 7th at 6pm.
