Philip Ryan

Philip Ryan (Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1 & retired An Garda Síochána) 1st August 2019 at the Mater Hospital. Beloved son of the late Jerry and May. Father to Philip, (Philip's partner Charlotte) and Rebecca (Rebecca's husband Henry) and mourned by their mother. Grandfather to Ezmae, who brought him boundless joy and meaning to life. Brother to Lawrence, Catherine, Ruth, Jenny and Helen and is predeceased by his brothers Declan and Harry. He will be deeply missed by his partner, extended family and friends.

A proud member of An Garda Siochana. He retired at the rank of Detective Inspector in 2013 after 32 years service. He continued his service to people as founder of his consultancy Ryan Immigration. Clever, capable, courageous, and generous Philip lived his life to the fullest. He was driven by his love for people and a rare compassion and kindness.
