The death has occurred of
Philip Smith
Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff in St Ann’s Ward at St Vincent’s University Hospital, in the presence of his family. Philip will be sadly and greatly missed by his son Shane; Sinead and Niamh, son-in-law AJ, his brother and sisters, extended family, relatives and friends.
Removal on Friday afternoon (October 14th) to Newlands Cross Crematorium for a Funeral Service at 2pm followed by committal. Family flowers only please.
