Philip died peacefully at Marymount University Hospice on Monday 25th August 2025 after a long illness surrounded by his elder siblings Terry and Valerie. Sadly missed by his siblings Terry, Valerie, Sylvia and Brian, brother-in-law Derek, nephews and nieces Stephen, Karen, Claire, Ross, Janet, Lesley and Gary; their partners Julie, Sean, Fran, Orla, James, Bevan and Sharon, also Philip’s grand nephews and grandnieces Keira, Ryan, Saoirse, Callum, Emmy, Darcey, Robyn, James, Sadie, Edith, Aoife, Finn, Olive and Tai, and Philip’s extended McCoy, Ross, Boyle, Smith, Brown, Gough and Young families and friends.

Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge, Cork, on Thursday 28th August 2025 from 4pm to 5pm.

Funeral Service at 12 noon on Friday 29th August 2025 at St Michael and All Angels Church, Corkbeg, Whitegate P25 K593 followed by burial there.
