In Loving memory of Philomena Flattery, (nee Cushen) formally of Raheen, Clara, Co. Offaly age 90. Reunited with her husband Thomas Flattery, formally of Kilcoursey, Clara, Co. Offaly. A life of devotion to God, Family and the Sick.
Predeceased by her sons Patrick and Dennis, daughter Birni, father Jack, mother Lil, brothers Sean, Oliver and David, sisters Kitty and Mary. Loved by her son Charlie and sadly missed by her daughter Elizbeth, son John, brother Paddy Cushen, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
