Halpin Philomena (née Davidson) formerly of Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
Peacefully at the family home in London. Predeceased by our beloved father Alan. Much loved mother to Andrew, Madelaine, Joanna and Patrick, grandmother to Sian, Aimee, Jamie and Angelina, great grandmother to Caleb, Noah and Violet, daughter in law Tracy and her best friends Ruth and Joe, extended family and friends both in Ireland and the UK.

Small private Funeral in London for close family and friends. No flowers thank you but donations accepted to Trinity Hospice, Clapham in London who went above and beyond with support and care for our mother.
