The death has occurred, in her 85th year, of Philomena Martin (née Norton), 3 Beechwood Drive, Dunleer and late of Grangecon, Co. Wicklow and Purcellstown, Ardee, suddenly at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Philomena, beloved wife of Tommy and loving mother of Colette, Thomas, Sean, Matthew, Fergus, Brendan, Martina, Fiona, Annette, Evelyn, Declan and Donal. Sadly missed by her husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, the Balfe Family, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at her home on Sunday from 4pm until 8pm for family and close friends. Removal on Monday morning at 10.30am to Saint Brigid’s Church, Dunleer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am which can be viewed live at https://www.dunleerparish.ie. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.

There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and remember Philomena, by being present, socially distanced, on the route from her home to the church via Main Street and to the cemetery.
