O’CONNOR (Cork) On 4th July 2024, peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne with great dignity and courage, in the presence of her loving family and in the excellent care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, PHILOMENA, St. John’s Well, Fairhill and late of Rathpeacon Road, Farranree and Dominick Street. Loving daughter of the late Paddy and Mary (nee Mullins), lifelong partner and best friend of Jim (O’Neill), adoring mother of Karen, Katie, Jason and the late baby James, devoted nana of Robbie, Tommy, Ayden and Dylan, cherished sister of Gerard, Connie, Annette, Michael, Pat, Marie, Paula, John, Thomas, Oliver, Sharon, Deborah and the late Nicky and dearest mother-in-law of Podge and Alan.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, neighbours and a large circle of friends, especially Marion, Martina and Mary.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street, on Saturday (6th July) from 10.00am with family in attendance at 3.00pm and Rosary Prayers at 4.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (8th July) at 10.00am in The North Cathedral. Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy.
