Philomena (Phil) Dowling
Philomena (Phil) Dowling, Ballina Lower, Blackwater, Co.Wexford and formerly Dalkey, Co.Dublin. Passed away peacefully at Wexford General Hospital on 11th March 2026. Much loved mother of Adam, daughter of Patricia and the late Liam and sister of Liam and the late Chris. Phil will be remembered with love by her son and his partner Elisabetta, mother, brother, sister-in-law Jan, nephews Toby and Sam, her good friends Maria and Caroline, extended family, neighbours,friends and her adored pets.

Reposing at Hammel's Funeral Home, Kilmuckridge (Y25 C9T3) on Saturday (14th March) from 2pm until 4pm, followed by private cremation.
No flowers please, donations if desired to Wexford SPCA. A donation box will be available in the funeral home, alternatively click HERE to donate.
