The death has occurred of
Philomena (Phil) Murphy
(née O'Connor)
(Formerly Cahergulmann, The Neale, Co. Mayo). On Saturday night, 27th February, Phil died peacefully in the loving care of the staff at 'An Teaghlach Uilinn' Nursing Home, Moycullen. Deeply loved by her family, her husband Tom and daughters Caroline (Dublin) and Sharon (England). Phil will be sadly missed by her husband and daughters, sons-in-law Gerry Grandadam and Philip Robinson, her adored granddaughter Abigail, the extended Murphy and O’Connor family, neighbours and friends.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Phil privately on Wednesday, 3rd March, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church, Presentation Road. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon cemetery. The attendance at the Church and the cemetery will be limited to 10 people in accordance with Level 5 guidelines.
