The death has occurred of Philomena (Phil) O’Neill (née Duggan), late of Martinstown, Enfield, Co. Meath, and formerly of Ashford, Co. Wicklow. Phil passed away peacefully on April 6th, 2026, in the wonderful care of the team at Harbour Lights Nursing Home, Killybegs.
Loving wife of the late Sean and adored mother of Ann Conaghan (Killybegs), Fionnuala San Juan (USA), Shane (Australia), Rory (Dublin). Sons-in-law Noel and David, daughters-in-law Catherine and Cynthia. Grandchildren Padraig, Siobhán, Mark, Fiona, Freya, Jodie, Maria, Michael, Katherine Grace, Walker, Aidan, Liam and the late Alex. Great-grandchildren Odhrán and Oisín.
Predeceased by her brother, Fr Padraig Duggan OP. Cousins, relatives and friends.

Phil will be reposing this Wednesday evening in McCabe’s Funeral Home Ardara Donegal from 6pm to 8pm and thereafter on Thursday evening.
Phil will also be reposing in O’Neill’s Funeral Home, Johnstown Bridge, Enfield, Co Meath (A83 CD39) from 6pm concluding with Rosary at 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Friday at 2pm in St Patrick’s Church, Johnstown Bridge Co. Kildare followed by burial afterwards in Broadford Cemetery.
