FORTE (nee Byrne) (Moorefield, Clondalkin, late of Ballyfermot) — April 29, 2014 (peacefully) Philomena (Phyllis), beloved wife of Dominick and much loved mother of Dominick, Catherina, Damien, Adam, Maria, Kimberley and Troy; sadly missed by her family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
May she rest in peace with her
two little angels in Heaven
Reposing at her home. Funeral Mass on Friday at 10am in Peter Apostle Church, Neilstown, followed by Burial in Palmerstown Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harolds Cross. Enquiries to Massey Bros, on 457 4455.
