O’Reilly, Philomena (Phyllis), (née Cusack), Santry and formerly of Fairview, Dublin - 28th May, 2025, (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the staff at the Mater Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Stephen and cherished mother of the late Jimmy, Pauline and Robert.

 

Phyllis will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her cherished grandchildren Amanda, Susan, Deborah, Andrew, Laura, Stephen and Daniel, grandsons-in-law Aaron, John and Frank, dear sisters Sheila and Pauline, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West, (D11 W7VX) on Friday (30th May) afternoon with family in attendance from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral on Saturday morning (31st May) to Our Lady of Victories Church, Ballymun Road for 11.30 o’clock Requiem Mass. Funeral thereafter to Dardistown Crematorium.

 

Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, in lieu to The Mater Foundation.
