PRENDERGAST (formerly Whitfield) (née O’Beirne) Philomena (Phyllis) of Redford Park, Greystones, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, 29th November, 2025, in the wonderful care of the staff at Cairnhill Nursing Home, Bray. Beloved wife of the late Christopher Prendergast and Robert Whitfield, loving mother of Ian and Mary, mother-in-law of Sue and dear grandmother of Matthew, Victoria and Richard. Sadly missed by her family and by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her siblings Joan, Maeve, William, Sr. Miriam and Brenda.

Funeral has taken place privately at her request.

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday (Dec.13) at 3.00pm in Bray Gospel Hall, Florence Road. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Church in Chains.
