The death has occurred of
Phoenix Graham - Hayden
Graham - Hayden (Malahide, Co. Dublin) - Nov 3, 2022, (unexpectedly) Phoenix, loving and much loved daughter of Lauren and Wayne and loving sister of Jake and Bayleigh. She will be heartbrokenly missed by her parents, brother, sister, grandparents Jeff, Iris, Alan and Michelle, aunts uncles, cousin Sadie, extended family and friends.
Forever In Our Hearts.
Reposing at her family home on Sunday from 4pm to 6pm.
Family only outside of these times please.
A funeral service for Phoenix will take place on Monday morning at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church, Bonnybrook followed by private cremation. No flowers by request, donations, if desired, to The LauraLynn Childrens Hospice. To donate Click Here.
