The death has occurred of Phyllis Doughty (née McGreevy), Strawberry Hill, London and Lisnagot, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, Friday, January 16th 2026, peacefully in the presence of her family at St George’s Hospital in Tooting.
Predeceased by her loving husband William (Bill), by her brothers Kevin and Eamonn and sister Margaret. Dearly loved and mourned by her family, her sister Carmel, nephews Ian, Kevin, Ronan, John, Conor, Dermot and Paul, nieces Deirdre and Nollaig, great-nephews Paul, Finn, Leo, Cillian and Ted and great-nieces Abby, Annie, Rosamund, Ciara, Christina and Grace, by her friends, carers and neighbours.
Funeral mass to take place at the University Chapel, St Mary’s University London, Waldegrave Road, Twickenham, London, TW1 4SX on Friday at 11am. Memorial service to take place in Carrick-on-Shannon at a later date.
