The death has occurred of Phyllis Garvey, née Smith, Mullantlavan, Magheracloone, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Enniskeen, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, peacefully, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, 18th March 2022.

Predeceased by her parents, Mary & Jemmy, and her father-in-law Francie Garvey. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Paddy, daughter Ruth and son Padraig, their partners Leona & Cormac. Sadly missed by her sister Marion, brothers Philip & James, her mother-in-law Cecilia Garvey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at her home on Monday from 2pm to 9pm and on Tuesday from 1pm until 8pm. Phyllis’s Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday 23rd March in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt at 10am, followed by cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium.

Cortège Route: 

Phyllis’s funeral cortège will begin from her home at 9.30 am on Wednesday morning, travelling to the Church of the Immaculate Conception via the Carrickmacross/ Kingscourt Road and Main Street, Lower Main Street & Church Street.
