Phyllis Hayes
(née O'Mahony)

Hayes (Burren, Kilbrittain and Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary) on January 10th 2023, peacefully, in the tender care of the Staff of Cork University Hospital and surrounded by her loving family. Phyllis (nee O'Mahony), beloved wife of the late Pat and dear mother of Kay, Diarmuid, John Paul and Mairéad (Joyce).

Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Colette (Cleary) and Órla (Collins), son-in-law Kevin, brothers Vincent and Joe, sisters Mary (Heavey), Sheila (Hennessy) and Sr. Christina O'Mahony DC, her adored grandchildren Patrick, Seán, Cian, Ciara, Rónan, Paddy, Ruaidhrí, Jaimee and Brody, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Phyllis will be lying in repose at Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home, Bandon (eircode P72WE20) on Thursday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm followed by prayers.

Due to ongoing road works on the South Main Street in Bandon, access to the Funeral Home is advised via Riverview Shopping Centre or Chapel Street.

Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon in St. Patrick's Church, Kilbrittain which will be livestreamed on www.corklivestream.com/funerals, funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.
