Phyllis passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving husband and family in Kanturk Community Hospital on Saturday, September 7th, 2024.

 

Dear wife of Dan and adored mother of Patrick, Edmond (Ed) and Aaron Michael.

 

Deeply mourned by her loving mother Anna and late father Seán.

 

Dear sister of Síle (Quill), Seán Michael, Patricia (Trish) (Copithorne) and the late Edmond.

 

Deeply regretted by her loving husband, sons, family, uncle Seamus, aunt Lís, Patrick's fiancée, the lovely Triona, Patrick and Edmond's father the late Pat Dowd, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours, a wide circle of friends and especially the people of Liscarroll.

 

 

May Phyllis's Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

 

 

Reposing in Dan and Phyllis's house in Tara, Rockspring, Liscarroll on Sunday afternoon from 4:00pm with Prayers at 7pm.

 

Reception into the St. Joseph's Church, Liscarroll on Monday morning for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, after which Phyllis will be laid to rest in Ballinakill Cemetery, Milford.

 

 

 

The family would very much like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Cork University Hospital (CUH), Kanturk Community Hospital, Dr. Bourke, Newmarket and the Public Health nurses from Charleville Primary Care Centre for the care and kindness shown to Phyllis over the past months.
