Phyllis Leavy

The death has occurred of Phyllis Leavy, Athboy Road, Delvin, Co. Westmeath on the 8th August, 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, bravely borne at St. Camillus Nursing Centre, Killucan, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Annie and Tommy Higgins and brother Seamus.

Loving wife of Jim and devoted mother of David and Susan.

Phyllis will be sadly missed by her husband, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Sharon, her adored grandchildren Conor, Jamie and Emily, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Phyllis's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at St. Camillus Nursing Centre Chapel (Eircode N91VF51) this Sunday evening from 4pm followed by Prayers at 6pm.
Funeral Mass on Monday morning at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Delvin followed by burial in the local cemetery.

The family thank Fr. Monks, Br. John, Fr. Martin, Fr. Garland and all the staff in St. Camillus's for their care and attention given to Phyllis while in their care.
