And late of Healy Street, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Paudge, sadly missed by her family, Martina Hazel, Paddy, Mary, Margaret, Pamela, Veronica, Kevin, Derek, Anne, Alan, Vanessa and Joey, her sister Joan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home all day Wednesday, 19th November 2014, with Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Thursday morning to arrive in The Church of the Assumption, Tullamore for 10am Requiem Mass followed by Private Cremation.
