Pierce passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff at University Hospital Waterford.

 

Predeceased by his parents Wilie and Bridie and his partner Maureen.

 

Sadly missed by his many cousin’s especially his cousin Josie who looked after him in his later years, his extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

May He Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Tuesday (15th April) from 7.00pm to 8:30pm with vigil prayers and Rosary at 8:00pm.

 

Requiem Mass on arrival at 11.30am on Wednesday (16th April) in St. Nicholas Church, Faithlegg followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Waterford Hospice

 

The family would like to thank the staff of the Holy Ghost Residential Care Home, Cork Road, Waterford and Care Choice Nursing Home, Dungarvan for the exceptional care shown to Pierce.
