The death has occurred of
P.J. MERRICK
It is with deep sadness we announce the death of P.J. Merrick, Carrigarreely, Caherconlish, Co. Limerick.
On December 16th, 2025, peacefully, in the comfort of his home in Carrigarreely.
Beloved husband of the late Trish (née Colfer) and son of the late Pat Merrick.
Loving son of Marie and father of Kevin, Jack and Robyn and brother of John, Carmel and Majella.
Sadly missed by his children’s partners Amy, Lauren and Keith, P.J.’s partner Ann, nephews, nieces, aunt, uncle, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins, great neighbours and many great friends who he was very grateful for.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Ballyneety, Friday, December 19th, from 5pm to 8pm.
Funeral will arrive Saturday, December 20th, at Our Lady, Mother of the Church Caherconlish for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, after which P.J. will be laid to rest alongside his wife Trish in the adjoining Cemetery.
