Prabhakar (Prabhu) Kulkarni

Kulkarni, Prabhakar (Prabhu) 11th September 2025, Rathfarnham and (Pune India) passed away peacefully after a long illness. Prabhu will be sadly missed by his wife Philomena, daughter Sheila and sister -in-law Mary. Loved and remembered always by his brothers Dada, Sudha and Arun (pre-deceased), his sisters Akka and Mundha, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Heartfelt thanks to the staff of Tallaght Hospital for their exceptional care and support.

Donations, if desired to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland. A private funeral has taken place.
