Prof. Thomas James (Tom) Fahy, (Psychiatry) died peacefully on 9 January, following a long illness bravely borne.
Deeply mourned by his wife Ann and daughters Kathleen, Bebe and Alice, his sons-in-law Greg and Darren and grandchildren Orla, Lilian, Aoife and Joseph.
Sadly missed also by his sister-in-law Jane and her husband David, brother-in-law David and his wife Marilia, the extended Fahy and Colvin family, neighbours and friends.
As a mark of respect to Tom the family are having an informal afternoon at their home (H91T1XA) to meet those who would like to come and share some memories with them, anytime between 3.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. on this Thursday, 12 January
Reposing for an hour on Friday morning, 13 January from 10 a.m. at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8). Removal at 11 a.m. to the Crematorium for a private committal service at 1 p.m.
