Byrne Prof. Francis John Byrne (Seapoint, Monkstown, Co. Dublin) December 30, 2017 (peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital). Professor Emeritus, History Dept., UCD. Beloved husband of Siobhán (Joan) Purcell, sadly missed by his family, friends and colleagues.

Civil Funeral Ceremony will take place on Tuesday (2nd January) at 12.30pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown, Co. Dublin followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery.
