PROFESSOR DERMOT KEOGH

KEOGH, Dermot (Glasheen Road, Cork & Dublin; Professor Emeritus (History), UCC): On September 6, 2023, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband to Ann, cherished father to Eoin, Niall, Aoife and Clare, father-in-law to Caroline, Liz, Marco and Barry and adored grandfather of Abi, Luke, David, Aisling, Darragh, Clodagh, Anna Amy, Emanuele and Olan. Dermot will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, brothers and sisters, dear and loyal friends and neighbours.

 

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing at Sullivan's Funeral Home, Turners Cross, on Friday (September 8th) from 3pm to 4pm.

 

Funeral Mass on Saturday (September 9th) at 10am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough which will be streamed on the link below.

 

Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.

 

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Cork ARC Cancer Support House and Marymount Hospice.
