O'Brien, Rachael, September 14th 2019 (tragically); beloved daughter of John and Helen and loving sister of Donal. Deeply regretted by her loving family, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

Reposing at The Brian McElroy Funeral Home, The Square, Tallaght (opp.Tallaght Stadium) on Friday from 3pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St.Martin de Porres Church, Aylesbury and afterwards for burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross. Donation box in church.
