Rachel KAVANAGH
Rachel Kavanagh of Dundrum, Dublin died on 12th August, 2014, suddenly, at Beaumont Hospital, dearly loved mother of Jodie, Blake and Taylor, daughter of Judy, sister of Debbie and Katy, auntie of Chloe, niece of David; she will be sadly missed by Alan, Robbie, relatives and friends.
Ceremony on Saturday, 16th August, at 4pm in the Victorian Chapel of Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross. No flowers, please. Donations will be accepted at Mount Jerome to Drugs Awareness Ireland.
