Rachel, deeply and sadly missed by her heartbroken mother and father Winnifred & Brian, cherished and adoring daughter Maya, her heartbroken brother Richard, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral cortege will leave McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina, on Saturday morning at 11am, to arrive to St Muredach's Cathedral, Ballina, for Mass of the resurrection at 11.30am, with funeral proceeding to Shannon Crematorium arriving for committal service at 5pm. Funeral mass will be live streamed on www.ballinaparish.org
