Died Sunday, 2nd June 2024, peacefully in hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Loving daughter of Patricia (Pat) and the late Stephen (R.I.P.). Beloved wife of Sean and loving mother to Dylan and Joe. Sister of Fiona Devers (Peter) and Predeceased by her brother Darren (R.I.P). Dearly loved daughter in law to Ann and Ollie Swift.
Rachel will repose at her late residence in Achill until removal on Wednesday morning at 10-30 to arrive at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Dookinella, Achill. F28AX64 for 11.00 o’Clock funeral Mass followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 5pm.
Everybody welcome to Crematorium in Cavan.
Family home will be open from 1pm until 9pm each day.
