Raymond Best

Raymond Best Late of Bray, Co. Wicklow, and formerly of Bluebell, Inchicore, Dublin 12. Passed away peacefully on Monday, 9th March 2026, in the tender care of the staff at Wicklow Hospice, Maghermore, with his loving family by his side.

Beloved husband of Siobhan, adored father of Sara and Linda, dear father-in-law to Paul, and loving grandfather to Sebastian, Ryan, Senan, and Nathan. He will be sadly missed by his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and all who loved him.

Funeral Mass on Thursday, 12th March, at 10:00am in The Church of St. Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud Road Lower, Stillorgan, followed by a committal service at 12:00pm in The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross.

Family flowers only, donations would be greatly appreciated to Wicklow Hospice. At Raymond’s request, bright colours are encouraged, if you so wish.
