Raymond (Big Ray) Knowles

Knowles (Macroom Road, Coolock and formerly of Cabra West & late of Red Meats, Clanbrassil Street) passed away, suddenly, at home, following Covid 19.

Ray was a senior member of the AA fellowship where he devoted 40 years of his life counselling and helping others. Raymond, beloved son of the late Thomas and Mary, loving husband to his heartbroken wife Helen and deeply missed by his loving children Ann, Sandra, Rayo, Dara and Jennifer, sons-in-law Harry, Bill and Mark, beloved grandchildren Rachael, Dean, Gavin and Roisin and great grandchildren Jack and Laina, brother Percy, sisters Betty, Phyllis (UK) and Cora, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.

Ray will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Due to the recent government guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private funeral Mass and cremation will be held for family (with a limit of 10 persons).
