The death has occurred of Raymond Colbourne, Cree, Fortal, Birr, Co. Offaly. Raymond passed away peacefully on March 17th, 2025, in the loving care of Ealga Lodge Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his sons Thomas and Les, parents Thomas and Lily, and brother John.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Hilda, sons Desmond, David and Alan, daughter Valerie, son-in-law Darragh, daughters-in-law Hazel, Mary, and Pastora, his adored grandchildren Stephen, Andrew, Lily, Emma, Maria, Alan, Eva, and Thea, sisters-in-law Iris and Carmel, nephews, nieces, his dearest neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr (R42 YF75) on Thursday evening from 5pm.-7pm. with Removal to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church of Ireland, Birr at 7.30pm. Funeral Service on Friday at 2 o’clock followed by burial in Clonoghill New Cemetery, Birr.
