Richard Burke, Lackaghmore, Turloughmore, Co Galway.

 

Richard who was formerly from the old Turloughmore Post Office in Galway and Berkshire UK, passed away peacefully, following a short illness in Greece on Easter Sunday, 20th April, 2025.

 

Richard was the cherished son of May, a loving father to his children Samuel, Isabel and Phoebe and best friend to wife Aggie, dear brother to Frank, Michael, Marion, Carmel, John, Ann, Bernadette, Patrick, Dympna, Kenneth and Ursula.

 

Richard is sadly missed by his family, brother in laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

 

He was predeceased by his father Pakie and his infant brothers Jimmy and Damian.

 

 

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

 

 

 

 

Funeral Mass for Richard Burke on this Saturday, May 31st, 2025 in the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh (H65N129) at 11.00 am with burial of ashes afterwards in Lackagh Old Cemetery.

 

 

Mass will be live-streamed on Lackagh Church Live YouTube Channel and also broadcast on parish radio, 106.9 FM.
