Richard Canavan

Richard (Peacefully) after a short illness, in the loving care of his daughter Laura and Brampton Care Home, Oranmore. Eldest son of Mary and the late Jarlath. Richard will be sadly missed by his daughter Laura and her fiancé Shane, baby granddaughter Tess, his mother Mary, brothers Francis and Dermot, sister Geraldine, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, Laura’s mother Helen, nephews, nieces, extended Canavan family, golfing buddies, his many loyal friends and neighbours.

Richard will be reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam (H54 Y677) on Friday evening from 6 o’c. Removal at 8 o’c. to the Cathedral of the Assumption. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11.30 o’c. Funeral afterwards to Tuam Cemetery.
