The death has occurred of
Richard (Dick) Carey
It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Richard (Dick) Carey, Garrynoe, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully at University Hospital Limerick on 9th March 2026.
Beloved husband of the late Margaret. Predeceased by his loving brothers Paddy and Johnny and his sister Josie.
Sadly missed by his nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and his many friends.

Lying in repose in the Chapel of Peace, McCarthy and Fraser’s Funeral Home, Kilmallock (V35 NR52), on Wednesday, 11th March, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm followed by Evening Prayers.
Reception into SS Peter and Paul’s Church, Kilmallock, on Thursday, 12th March, for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Tankardstown Cemetery.
