Predeceased by his parents and brother Pat O' Brien (Newport).
Deeply regretted by his loving family, brothers Jerry, Larry and Fr. Denis SAC (Columbia), sisters Ann, Angela and Helen, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Whelan’s Funeral Home, Bansha Road, Tipperary on Tuesday evening, February 21st 2023, from 5:30pm to 7pm.
Mass for Richard will take place in St. Brigid''s Church, Templebraden on Wednesday morning February 22nd 2023 at 11:30am and burial afterwards in Ballinclough Cemetery.
