Richard (Dick) Quinn

Richard (Dick) Quinn of Windsor, Castlebar, Co Mayo, 21st December 2025 passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, in his 100th year, retired ex manager in Roadstone, Castlebar.

 

Predeceased by his wife Peggy, parents, brothers and sisters.

 

Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Mary (O’ Malley, Manulla), Carmel (Tully, Windsor), Teresa (Baird, Westport), Ann (Glendon, Windsor), Vivienne (Molloy, Turlough), sons Alan (Windsor), Ray (Windsor), Fintan (Castlebar) and Gary (Windsor), daughters- in-laws Anne, Marie, Yvonne, son-in-Laws, Timmy, Pat, David, Gerry and Pat, nieces, nephews, 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

May his gentle Soul rest in peace

 

 

Dick will repose in Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63, on Tuesday (23nd December) from 5 pm with removal at 7pm to his residence.

 

Removal from his residence on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m (via Liscromwell) for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m in Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.

 

Dick will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.
