Richard (Dick) Shanley

Shanley, Richard (Dick) - 21st March 2024 - late of Finglas and formerly Dubber Cross. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff in Benevin Manor, Nursing Home. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Jane and his brothers and sisters.

 

Beloved husband of the late Lily, cherished Dad of Lorraine, Denise, Gary and Richard, much loved grandfather of Aaron, Rachel, Rebecca, Sophie, Dylan and great-grandson Kodi. Dick will be deeply missed by his children, grandchildren, sister-in-law Pattie, sons-in-law Kenneth and Sean, daughter-in-law Lisa, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May Dick's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Main Street, Finglas, D11 ET7P, on Tuesday 26th March, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning St. Canice’s Church, Finglas Village, arriving at 9.50am for Requiem Mass at 10am, with burial thereafter in Glasnevin Cemetery.
